Trial Offer definition

Trial Offer for a TPG Magazine shall mean an offer by TPG to a potential subscriber for one or more trial issues of Parenting, BabyTalk, or Family Life Magazines.
Trial Offer means an offer whereby the Settlement Class Member paid certain costs associated with the Products including shipping initially and only started paying for the Products after the Trial Offer expired.
Trial Offer means an offer to a consumer to Enroll in a Membership Program for a Trial Period after which a consumer who does not cancel is automatically charged a Membership Charge.

More Definitions of Trial Offer

Trial Offer means an offer to a consumer of a membership for a Product for a trial or risk-free period, during which time the consumer generally has the benefits of membership and, before the end of the trial or risk-free period, the consumer can cancel the membership without incurring the customary Membership Charge for the Product.
Trial Offer shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 5.2.1.
