Trial Site Team Members definition

Trial Site Team Members means the persons who will undertake the conduct of the Clinical Trial at the Trial Site on behalf of the Board under the supervision of the Investigator.

Examples of Trial Site Team Members in a sentence

  • The Trust will not, and will ensure that the Investigator and Trial Site Team Members do not, use the name of the Sponsor or CRO or any of their employees, nor the name of the Clinical Trial, nor the name of the Investigational Medicinal Product, in any publicity, advertising or news release without the prior written approval of the Sponsor or CRO as appropriate, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.
