Tribal Gaming Ordinance definition

Tribal Gaming Ordinance means the ordinance and any amendments thereto, and all related or implementing ordinances, including, without limitation, the Gaming Authority Ordinance, enacted on July 15, 1995 which are enacted by the Tribe or authorize and regulate gaming on the existing reservation of the Tribe located adjacent to Uncasville, Connecticut pursuant to IGRA.

Tribal Gaming Ordinance means the ordinance adopted by the Tribe to govern the conduct of Class III Gaming, as required by IGRA, including subsequent amendments.

Tribal Gaming Ordinance means the ordinance and any amendments thereto, and all related or implementing ordinances, including, without limitation, the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Ordinance, enacted on July 28, 1994 as Ordinance 94-1, and which are enacted by the Tribe or authorize and regulate gaming on the existing reservation of the Tribe located adjacent to Uncasville, Connecticut pursuant to IGRA.

• Nothing in this Compact expands, modifies, or impairs the jurisdiction of the Tribal Gaming Agency under IGRA, the Tribal Gaming Ordinance or other applicable tribal law.

• The Tribal Gaming Commission, appointed pursuant to the Tribal Gaming Ordinance, shall have primary responsibility for enforcing Tribal Law with respect to each tribal gaming activity or operation conducted on the Reservation pursuant to this Compact, including regulation of any management contractors, manufacturer/distributors and all gaming employees.

• The Manager, Manager’s executive officers and all other persons required by applicable law shall seek a license to operate the Enterprise pursuant to the Tribal Gaming Ordinance.

More Definitions of Tribal Gaming Ordinance

Tribal Gaming Ordinance means the Tribal Gaming Ordinance of the Tribe adopted on April 8, 1997.

Tribal Gaming Ordinance means Mescalero Apache Tribal Ordinance 03-08, enacted on August 29, 2003, as amended by Tribal Ordinance 09-13, enacted on December 9, 2009, and as amended in a manner not prohibited by this Indenture.

Tribal Gaming Ordinance means the St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Ordinance adopted by Resolution No. 93-102 of the Tribal Council of the Tribe and any amendments, supplements or modifications thereto, and all related or implementing ordinances, which are enacted by the Tribe or the Authority to authorize and regulate Gaming on the Property pursuant to IGRA.

Tribal Gaming Ordinance means the duly and validly adopted Tribal Gaming Ordinance of the Tribe adopted by the Tribal Council on October 5, 2001, as amended on December 27, 2001 and approved by the NIGC on February 15, 2002, as required by IGRA. "Tribe" has the meaning assigned to it in the preamble to this Indenture.

Tribal Gaming Ordinance means the duly and validly adopted Tribal Gaming Ordinance of the Tribe adopted by the Tribal Council on October 5, 2001, as amended on December 27, 2001 and approved by the NIGC on February 15, 2002, as required by IGRA.

Tribal Gaming Ordinance means the ordinance adopted by the tribe to govern the conduct of Class III gaming, as well as non-Class III gaming activities, as required by IGRA, including all implementing regulations and subsequent amendments thereto.

Tribal Gaming Ordinance means Ordinance 16(v), Title 15 of the Choctaw Tribal Code.
