Tribal Law definition

Tribal Law means the resolutions, law, codes, and/or ordinances enacted by the Indian Nation executing this Agreement, and any of the Indian Nation’s tribal court decisions interpreting the same. All references in this Agreement to tribal law shall include any successor, amended, or replacement law, as of the effective date of such successor, amended, or replacement law.
Tribal Law means a code, act, statute, rule, regulation, policy or ordinance enacted by the Oneida General Tribal Council or the Oneida Business Committee.
Tribal Law means all laws, resolutions, regulations, ordinances or other form of action by the Tribal Council, and such regulations and policies as are duly adopted by a department of the Tribe in accordance with Tribal Law.

Tribal Law means laws, ordinances, policies and procedures enacted by the Tribal Council.

Tribal Law means an adopted Tribal code, act, statute or ordinance. (ss)“Tribe” or “Tribal” shall mean the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin.
Tribal Law means the statutory and common law of the San Manuel Band of Missions Indians, including ordinances, rules and regulations adopted by the governing authority of the Tribe; and the traditions and customs of the Tribe, whether or not codified.
