Examples of Applicable Environmental Law in a sentence
If the Leased Property houses petroleum or any petroleum products, asbestos, urea formaldehyde foam insulation or any other chemical, material (including biological material) or substance, exposure to which could pose a health hazard, the possession and use of such materials will be in accordance with Applicable Environmental Law, including any applicable regulations.
The Company will promptly notify the Depositary and the Issuer of any violation or an alleged material violation of any Applicable Environmental Law related to the Leased Property of which the Company becomes aware.
If the use that the Company makes or intends to make of the Leased Property results in the manufacture, treatment, refining, transportation, generation, storage, disposal or other release or presence of any hazardous substance (including any hazardous biological substance) or solid waste on or to the Leased Property, such use will be in accordance with Applicable Environmental Law.
