State Administrative Tribunal Rules 2004, subject to those rules an application to the SAT under its review jurisdiction must be made within 28 days of the day on which the Panel (as the decision-maker) gives a notice [see the Note below] under the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 (SAT Act), section 20(1).
The State Administrative Tribunal Rules 2004 require that any such applications for review be lodged with the Tribunal within 28 days of the date on which notice of the decision is given.
A notice of appeal from a decision of a Judiciary/Disciplinary Tribunal Rules shall contain a statement of each and every ground upon which the appellant wishes to rely and any fresh evidence which the appellant proposes to call at the appeal.
