Trust Guaranty definition

Trust Guaranty is defined in Section 2.2.
Trust Guaranty means the guaranty to be executed and delivered by the Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
