Trust I Agreement definition

Trust I Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement dated as of March 1, 1997, among the Company, as depositor, the Property Trustee I, the Delaware Trustee I and the Administrative Trustees named therein and the holders, from time to time, of undivided beneficial interests in the assets of Trust I, as the same may be amended and modified from time to time.
