Trust Interest Collections. With respect to any Monthly Distribution Date (subject to adjustment as described in Section 4.5(c)(v) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement), an amount equal to the sum of (a) the product of (i) the Trust Percentage and (ii) Interest Collections for the related Collection Period and (b) Recoveries.
Trust Interest Collections. As to any payment on a Mortgage Loan -------------------------- made by or on behalf of the related Mortgagor for the related Collection Period, the lesser of (i) the portion thereof allocable to accrued interest for the related Interest Period in accordance with the terms of the related Loan Agreement (net of interest at the Servicing Fee Rate on the Loan Balance for each day during such Interest Period) and (ii) accrued interest at the Net Loan Rate on the Trust Balance for each day during such Interest Period.
Trust Interest Collections means, for any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (1) the product of (a) the Trust Percentage and (b) Interest Collections for the related Collection Period and (2) recoveries during the related Collection Period on Eligible Receivables that have previously become Defaulted Receivables. If, on any Distribution Date, the Servicer does not make a Servicer Advance in the amount of the full Deficiency Amount, Trust Interest Collections for the Distribution Date will be adjusted to give effect to the actual percentage of Eligible Receivables in those Accounts in the Pool of Accounts in which the full amount of interest due for the related Collection Period was not collected. Such adjustment will not affect the amount of interest allocated to the Trust with respect to the other Accounts in the Pool of Accounts.

Related to Trust Interest Collections

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Investor Interest Collections means, for a Deposit Date or Collection Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Floating Investor Percentage for the related Collection Period, times (b) the Interest Collections for that Deposit Date or Collection Period, as applicable.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series2023-3 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2023-3 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections and Reallocated Class B Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.12 are required to fund the Class A Required Amount and the Class B Required Amount, plus (c) the amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to Group One that are allocated to Series 1999-E in accordance with subsection 4.13(b).

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Final Collection Date means the date on or following the Termination Date on which the Outstanding Loan Amount has been reduced to zero and all other Borrower Obligations have been paid in full.

  • REMIC II Interest Loss Allocation Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the product of (i) 50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC II Remittance Rate for REMIC II Regular Interest AA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • Shared Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, either (a) the amount allocated to the Investor Certificates which may be applied to the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to other outstanding Series in Group One or (b) the amounts allocated to the investor certificates of other Series in Group One which the applicable Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as "Shared Principal Collections" and which may be applied to cover the Series Principal Shortfall with respect to the Investor Certificates.
