Trust Percentage definition

Trust Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, a fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate principal amount of Principal Receivables (prior to giving effect to any reduction thereof for Finance Charge Receivables which are Discount Option Receivables) as of the close of business on the last day of the prior Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the aggregate principal balance of the Bank Portfolio as of the close of business on the last day of the prior Monthly Period.
Trust Percentage. With respect to any Monthly Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction (which shall never exceed 100%), (a) the numerator of which is the average Daily Trust Balance during the related Collection Period and (b) the denominator of which is the average daily aggregate principal balance of all Receivables (including Receivables included in the Retained Property) in the Accounts in the Pool of Accounts during the related Collection Period.
Trust Percentage. With respect to any Mortgage Loan (other than any ---------------- Liquidated Mortgage Loan) for any day, the percentage (carried to four decimal places) obtained by dividing the Trust Balance of such Mortgage Loan for such day by the Loan Balance of such Mortgage Loan for such day. With respect to any Liquidated Mortgage Loan on any day, the Trust Percentage will equal the Trust Percentage on the day such Mortgage Loan became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan.

More Definitions of Trust Percentage

Trust Percentage means, for each Unitholder, the percentage obtained by dividing the amount of such Unitholder’s Capital Account on the date of determination by the sum of the Capital Accounts of all Unitholders on such date. The sum of the Trust Percentages shall equal 100%. The Trust Percentages shall be set forth in the books and records of the Trust which shall be revised from time to time to reflect Capital Contributions, allocations and reallocations of Net Profit and allocations of Net Loss, distributions and withdrawals.
