Trust Issuer definition

Trust Issuer means a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Borrower which qualifies as a Delaware or Connecticut statutory business trust.
Trust Issuer means a business trust formed by Borrower as a special purpose grantor trust for the purpose of facilitating the issuance of Trust Preferred Capital Securities, and which engages in no activities other than those incident to the Trust Preferred Capital Securities.
Trust Issuer means a wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Borrower.
