Trust Termination means the termination of Trust 1, Trust 2 and any sub-trust thereof in accordance with their respective terms.

  • Trust Termination Date has the meaning specified in the Trust Agreement.

In no event shall Executive’s Termination Compensation include equity-based compensation (e.g., income realized as a result of Executive’s exercise of non-qualified stock options or other stock based benefits).

  • Termination Benefits means the benefits described in Section 4.1(b).

  • Normal Termination means termination of employment or service with the Company and Affiliates: (i) by the Optionee; (ii) upon retirement; (iii) on account of death or Disability; or (iv) by the Company, a Subsidiary or Affiliate without Cause.
