Examples of Trust Year in a sentence
Within ninety (90) days following the close of each Trust Year, the Trustee shall prepare a written account of all transactions relating to the Trust and each Fund.
Each Fund shall be audited at least once during each Trust Year by auditors responsible to the Board of Managers of the Trustee.
The Trustee will report to the Plan Administrator the net income, gain or losses incurred by each Participant-Directed Account separately from the net income, gain or losses incurred by the general Trust during the Trust Year.
The Trust Year shall be the period ending December 31, 2023 and the twelve-month period ending on December 31 of each year thereafter (the “Trust Year”).
The Trustee will report to the Administrative Services Provider the net income, gain or losses incurred by each Participant directed Account separately from the net income, gain or losses incurred by the general Trust during the Trust Year.
