Trust Year definition

Trust Year means the period beginning on the date of the Closing (the "Closing Date") and ending on the next following December 31st and on each December 31st thereafter.

Trust Year means the fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending the following June 30 of each year for purposes of the calculation of benefits.

Trust Year means each twelve month calendar year, except the first Trust Year which shall begin on the date first written above and end on December 31, 1992.

• Changes made during the Trust Year, whether requested by the Member or required by the Trust, will be handled by Endorsement.

• The Trust shall, within a reasonable amount of time after the end of the Trust Year, annually refund surplus revenue, if any, to participating Members.

• Annual contributions shall be established at least forty-five (45) days before commencement of the Trust Year for which that contribution applies.

More Definitions of Trust Year

Trust Year means the calendar year, on which the books and records of the Trust are maintained.
