Trustee Services Agreement definition

Trustee Services Agreement means the Trustee Services Agreement, dated as of May 23, 2023, by and among the Trustee, the Co-Obligors, and the Servicer, pursuant to which the Servicer agrees to perform certain general services and take certain administrative actions on behalf of the Trustee in connection with the Series 2023-A Notes and the Disbursement.

Trustee Services Agreement means an agreement between the Trustee and the First Nation setting out the terms of appointment of the Trustee, remuneration, and any additional or ancillary responsibilities of the Trustee that are not otherwise specified in this Agreement.
