Tunica Ship Mortgage definition

Tunica Ship Mortgage means that Preferred Ship Mortgage dated as of the date hereof and executed by BMG in favor of Lender, encumbering the Tunica Vessel and its related personal property.
Tunica Ship Mortgage means, collectively, one or more preferred ship mortgages, each in form and substance satisfactory to Foothill, relative to that portion of the Fitzgeralds Tunica Facility consisting of one or more barges or other vessels and related personal property.
