Turbine Contract definition

Turbine Contract. The contract between the Borrower and the Turbine Supplier dated on or about the date of this Agreement with respect to the supply and installation of the Turbine.
Turbine Contract means the Turbine Purchase Contract attached as Exhibit H.
Turbine Contract each definitive agreement for the purchase of one or more Turbines entered into pursuant to the Master Turbine Agreements, any long term service agreement with respect to the Turbines, any other definitive agreement relating to one or more specific Turbines and any guarantees provided in connection with the foregoing, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

More Definitions of Turbine Contract

Turbine Contract the contract between the Contractor and the Turbine Manufacturer providing for the supply of the combustion and steam turbine generators and associated parts and equipment to the Project.
Turbine Contract means the Argentina Contracts listed as items 1 and 2 of Schedule 1.1(f) of this Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date; provided, that, except in the case of a Government Imposed Amendment, if any such Argentina Contract is amended after the Closing Date in a manner that increases or would reasonably be expected to increase the liability of Sellers or adversely affect their indemnification obligations in any respect (including any modification of payment terms or amounts thereunder that increase the amount or accelerates the timing of payments during the Argentina Restricted Repatriation Period), such Argentina Contract shall cease to be a Turbine Contract as of the expiration of the Turbine Contract Amendment Negotiation Period applicable to such amendment unless the Seller Representative agrees in writing to a Restricted Peso Obligation Amendment with respect thereto in accordance with Section 6.23(b); provided, further, that in the case of a Government Imposed Amendment that increases or would reasonably be expected to increase the liability of Sellers or adversely affect their indemnification obligations in any respect (including any modification of payment terms or amounts thereunder that increases the amount or accelerates the timing of payments during the Argentina Restricted Repatriation Period), Section 6.23(c) shall apply.
Turbine Contract means the Contract for Purchase, dated August 27, 1999, between GE and the Partnership, as assignee of TGILP.

  • O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor: listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors); which, in the opinion of the Authority and the Customer, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Services; and/or with a Sub-Contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be payable under this Call Off Contract;

  • CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

System Deliverability Upgrades shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to Byways and Highways and Other Interfaces on the existing New York State Transmission System and Distribution System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at the requested level of Capacity Resource Interconnection Service. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Acceptance Test Document means a document, which defines procedures for testing the functioning of installed system. The document will be finalized with the contractor within 7 days of issuance of the Letter of Award.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.
