Turnaround Use definition

Turnaround Use means that each aircraft arrival and departure or other utilization of a Gate Position by an Air Transportation Company for a turnaround aircraft operation not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) minutes, consistent with the definitions of Active Loading and Active Unloading.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • drainage work means any watercourse and includes any land which is expected to provide flood storage capacity for any watercourse and any bank, wall, embankment or other structure, or any appliance, constructed or used for land drainage or flood defence;

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.
