Turnkey Components definition

Turnkey Components mean components manufactured and supplied by vendors on Mobileye’s approved vendors list, provided by SUPPLIER in accordance with this Agreement and necessary for the manufacturing of the Products.
Turnkey Components refers to the components provided by Supplier, required to build the board assembly to the required configuration, manufactured and supplied by vendors on the Customer’s approved vendor list (“AVL”) and included in the current price of the Product.
Turnkey Components means those components purchased by Supplier only in accordance with Sun’s Approved Vendor Listing (“AVL”), as may be amended from time to time by Sun, unless otherwise authorized by Sun. “Sun-Controled Turnkey Components” means those Turnkey Components which Supplier purchases and for which Sun establishes the pricing with the applicable supplier(s).

Examples of Turnkey Components in a sentence

  • SUPPLIER agrees to provide Mobileye product warranty to such Turnkey Components only under condition that SUPPLIER can obtained from Component vendor and/or manufacturer and / or third party.

  • Upon such termination, Mobileye shall buy from SUPPLIER Turnkey Components procured until the effect of such termination, only to the extent that such procurements were made in accordance with Orders and forecast (for finished goods) issued by Mobileye, or approved by Mobileye in writing, in advance, and in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Supplier shall pass one hundred percent (100%) of the cost reductions in Sun-Controlled Turnkey Components on to Sun as soon as possible after the effective date of such cost reductions, on a forward looking, weighted average basis.

More Definitions of Turnkey Components

Turnkey Components means any component or material that Supplier procures from third parties to be used in the assembly of Products on a turnkey basis.
Turnkey Components means a Component that Flextronics procures directly from the Component Supplier or the appropriate distributor.

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.
