Turnkey Basis Sample Clauses
Turnkey Basis. All xxxxx drilled on the Contract Area shall be drilled on a Turnkey Basis at the rate set forth below in Section 4, unless otherwise agreed in Writing between Owner and Operator.
Turnkey Basis. On a turnkey basis, Contractor shall perform, furnish, be responsible for, and, except for such equipment purchase agreements or purchase orders for which Contractor is acting as Owner’s agent, pay the cost of, all of the Work, including all services, labor, Equipment and Materials and supervision necessary to provide an operable Project to the extent and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. References to the obligations of Contractor under this Agreement as being “turnkey” and performing the Work on a “turnkey basis” means that Contractor is obligated to complete the Work such that the Project satisfies the applicable terms, conditions, Performance Guarantees, Substantial Completion Guaranteed Dates, the other guarantees as set forth in Exhibit I-1 and the requirements set forth in this Agreement, all for the Separated Contract Price.
Turnkey Basis. Payment becomes due for all turnkey services when Contractor completes the drilling to Turnkey Depth and performs such other turnkey obligations as specified under this Contract. Payment for such work shall be due and payable within the period specified in Appendix A, following receipt of invoice by Operator.

Contractor acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement constitutes a fixed price obligation to engineer, design, procure, expedite, inventory, construct, test and start up a turnkey Project (including the training of the Operating Personnel), within the time and for the purpose designated herein. References to the obligations of Contractor under this Agreement as being “turnkey” and performing the Work on a “turnkey basis” means that Contractor is obligated to supply all of the Equipment and Materials, labor and design services and to supply and perform all of the Work, in each case as may reasonably be required, necessary, incidental, or appropriate (whether or not specifically set forth in this Agreement) to complete the Work such that the Project satisfies the applicable terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Agreement, all for the Contract Price.
