Private Instruction definition

Private Instruction means instruction provided on a regular basis using a recognized and accredited program of study in a setting other than a school; and
Private Instruction means instruction using a plan and a course of study in a setting other than a public or organized accredited nonpublic school.
Private Instruction means independent private instruction as defined in section 299A.1, subsection 2, paragraph “b”, competent private instruction under section 299A.2, or private instruction provided to a resident of this state by a nonlicensed person under section 299A.3.

Examples of Private Instruction in a sentence
