Twelve month reporting period definition

Twelve month reporting period means a calendar year beginning January 1 and ending the succeeding December 31.
Twelve month reporting period means a calendar water year beginning January 1 October 1 and ending the succeeding December 31 September 30.
Twelve month reporting period when used in this chapter means a calendar year beginning January 1 and ending the succeeding December 31.

  • Reporting Period With respect to each Payment Date and for purposes of making calculations with respect to the hypothetical structure and Reference Tranches as set forth in this Agreement:

  • Quarter means a calendar year quarter commencing on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July or 1 October.

  • Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.

  • Month means calendar month.

  • Calendar Quarter means the respective periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

  • Quarterly Period the period of three months commencing on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
