Twitter Content definition

Twitter Content means Tweets, Tweet IDs, public Twitter end user profile information, and any other Twitter data and information made available to Client.
Twitter Content means Tweets, Tweet IDs, Twitter end user profile information, and any other content of Twitter provided to You under this Agreement, whether provided directly by Twitter or indirectly through the Client Application or otherwise, and any copies and derivative works thereof. 「Twitterコンテンツ」とは、ツイート、ツイートID、Twitterエンドユーザーのプロファイル情報、およびTwitterが直接提供するか、クライアントアプリケーションおよびその他の方法を通じて間接的に提供されるかを問わず、本契約に基づいて利用者に提供されるその他すべてのTwitterコンテンツ、ならびにそれらの複製物および派生物を指します。
Twitter Content means Tweets and Tweet IDs, Twitter end user public profile information, and any derivative works thereof.

  • Twitter may immediately suspend Your access to the Twitter Content (or if necessary, terminate this Agreement) at any time, and without notice to You, if You breach any term or condition in this Agreement or otherwise engage in activities that Twitter reasonably determines may be harmful to the Twitter Content, Twitter, its end users or the reputation of any of the foregoing parties.

  • You shall defend Twitter against any and all actions, demands, claims and suits (including without limitation product liability claims), and indemnify and hold Twitter harmless from any and all liabilities, damages and costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees) to the extent arising out of Your use of the Twitter Content.

  • Twitter or its representative may, upon reasonable notice during normal business hours, audit and investigate Your use of the Twitter Content.

  • You may be given access to certain non-public information and specifications relating to the Twitter Content or this Agreement (“Confidential Information”), which is confidential and proprietary to Twitter.

  • You will not bundle or commingle the Twitter Content with other data in such a way that the Twitter Content is not attributed to Twitter.

  • You will delete or modify Twitter Content as notified by Twitter or its agent and implement the necessary processes to receive notification of deleted and/or modified Twitter Content.

  • You will abide by all limitations placed on Your access to and use of the Twitter Content.

  • The Twitter Content and Twitter Marks are licensed, not sold, and Twitter retains and reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, You will not offer or provide Twitter Content, including any derivative analysis thereof, as a part of an advertising network.

  • You will not display or otherwise share with any third party any Twitter Content or any visualization, filtering or curation of Twitter Content, including without limitation displaying Twitter Content in mass-market media and entertainment events, online widget integrations or visualizations, television broadcast, outdoor ‘e-billboard’ or other similar media.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • digital content means data which are produced and supplied in digital form;

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Interfaces means, collectively, the CAD Interface and the Channel Access Interface.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

  • SPID is the number that identifies a service provider to the relevant NPAC. The SPID may be a state-specific number. "Serving Wire Center" denotes the CenturyLink building from which dial tone for local Exchange Service would normally be provided to a particular End User Customer premises. "Signaling System 7" or "SS7" is an out-of-band signaling protocol consisting of four basic sub- protocols:

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • User Generated Content means content in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content, which originates from end users or Customers and is published through or as part of the App.
