Profile Information definition
Profile Information. We collect information that you voluntarily provide in your user profile; this may include your public avatar (which may be a photo), additional email addresses, company/organization name, job title, country, social media handles, and biography. Please note this information may be visible to other users of the Services and to the public depending on the privacy setting you apply. This is colleted for free and paid users of the SaaS product.
Profile Information means personal information associated with your Account(s), including your mobile phone number, email address, home address, mailing address and profile picture.
Profile Information means the information required to be printed on the corresponding Tapt Card and any files or links uploaded to a Profile which would ordinarily be considered as being protected by your Intellectual Property Rights.

Section 1.704-1(b) and any inconsistency between the provisions of this Section 3.01 and such regulation shall be resolved in favor of the regulation.

More Definitions of Profile Information
Profile Information means any information regarding the Practice or the Surgeon(s) provided by Subscriber to TLS or information that is available on any website maintained by the Subscriber or the Surgeon. Profile Information concerns information used by TLS (1) in connection with the application of the respective Surgeon for the Services, and/or (2) to provide the Services, including the Listings and Press Releases (as applicable). Profile Information includes contact, biographical and descriptive information, professional qualifications and credentials, and the curriculum vitaes of the Surgeon(s). A “Profile Page” means a single web page on the Website that contains Profile Information, which may include contact information, qualifications, descriptive and background information, and the curriculum vitae(s) of the Practice and/or Surgeon(s) (as applicable) for whom TLS provide the Services.
