UAE Administrative Agent definition

UAE Administrative Agent means any financial institution which hereafter becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to a UAE Joinder Agreement, in its capacity as administrative agent for the UAE Revolving Lenders hereunder and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

Examples of UAE Administrative Agent in a sentence

  • An Issuing Bank may be replaced at any time by written agreement among the Borrower Representative, the Administrative Agent (or the Singapore Administrative Agent or the UAE Administrative Agent, as applicable), the replaced Issuing Bank and the successor Issuing Bank.

  • The UAE Borrower and the other UAE Loan Parties will maintain the UAE Administrative Agent as their principal depository bank, including for the maintenance of operating, administrative, cash management, collection activity, and other deposit accounts for the conduct of its business.
