UAF Local. 1324 Unit Member’s Ability to Respond The UAF Local 1324 Unit Member will have an opportunity to respond to the performance evaluation in writing.

  • Written performance evaluations will be communicated to the UAF Local 1324 Unit Member and will be placed in the UAF Local 1324 Unit Member’s official personnel file.

  • UAF Local 1324 Unit Members shall use sick leave in accordance with University Regulation 04.06.130, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.

  • Class-lI local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this Order

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Local Loop refers to a transmission facility between the main distribution frame [cross- connect], or its equivalent, in an Embarq Central Office or wire center, and up to the demarcation point (e.g., Network Interface Device) at a customer’s premises, to which CLEC is granted exclusive use. This includes all electronics, optronics and intermediate devices (including repeaters and load coils) used to establish the transmission path to the customer premises. Local loops include Copper Loops, Hybrid Loops, DS1 loops, DS3 loops, FTTC Loops and FTTH Loops.

  • Non-Local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content less than or equal to 20%, as defined under above Order.

  • Adult foster care facility means an adult foster care facility licensed under the adult foster care facility licensing act, 1979 PA 218, MCL 400.701 to 400.737.

  • Wireline backhaul facility means a facility used to transport services by wire or fiber-optic cable from a wireless facility to a network.

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Basic local exchange service or "local exchange service" means the provision of an access line and usage within a local calling area for the transmission of high-quality 2-way interactive switched voice or data communication.

  • Approved Location means the site for the operation of the Franchised Business selected by Franchisee and approved in writing by Franchisor;

  • Enclosed, locked facility means a building, room, greenhouse, outdoor fenced-in area, or other location that is enclosed on all sides and prevents cannabis from easily being viewed by the public. The facility shall be equipped with locks or other security devices that permit access only by:

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.

  • CAFRA Centers, Cores or Nodes means those areas with boundaries incorporated by reference or revised by the Department in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:7-13.16.
