Examples of UAR Plan in a sentence

  • As a part of Employee’s compensation under this Agreement, Employee shall have the right to participate in the UAR Plan as determined by the Committee, subject to vesting and other rights described in the UAR Plan.

  • Employee’s rights in the Units may change in accordance with the provisions of the UAR Plan.

  • No amendments are made to the UAR Plan other than as provided in Section 3.1 above and no new grants shall be made under the UAR Plan.
