The Host will ensure that the costs of the UHB Staff carrying out the functions of the IFST are reimbursed as set out in the Financial Protocol at Schedule 4 of this Agreement.

  • Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Act means Article 2.3 (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq.) of Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.

  • Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • Senior Staff means persons in the position of General Manager, Director of Nursing, or equivalent positions at a relevant Health Unit.
