UiPath RPA Platform definition

UiPath RPA Platform means the suite of software components (UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Robot) and UiPath Activities (meaning any software templates for automation projects) and other software, made available or published by UiPath and licensed to the Partner under this Agreement, including Manuals, together with all Improvements. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined here will have the meaning specified in the UiPath Community Terms.
UiPath RPA Platform means the suite of software components (including Manuals or other documentation) with all Improvements;
UiPath RPA Platform means (i) the suite of software components as detailed in the UiPath Licensing Models, (ii) the Manuals, and (iii) all Improvements.

  • A second potential explanation for the increase in complexity is that banks are progres- sively offering products that better suit retail investor demand for risk sharing oppor- tunities and increasingly complete markets.

  • If Customer uses certain features of the UiPath RPA Platform in conjunction with third party data, products, services, and platforms, then Customer is responsible for complying with the terms and conditions required by such third-party providers, and all such use is at Customer’s own risk.

  • Customer agrees that UiPath and its Affiliates may collect and use technical information gathered as part of the software support services provided, if any, related to the UiPath RPA Platform.

  • If Customer allows any person or entity to operate, use or access the UiPath RPA Platform, Customer is responsible for ensuring that such person or entity complies with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Some or all the UiPath RPA Platform components may cease to operate without prior notice upon expiration or termination of the License Term.

  • Each party represents that it is not named on any E.U. or U.S. government denied-party list and will not use UiPath RPA Platform in a E.U. or U.S. embargoed country (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or Crimea) or in violation of any E.U. or U.S. export law or regulation.

  • Customer retains all rights, including Intellectual Property Rights, in the Development Outputs created by the Customer with the UiPath RPA Platform, in accordance with this Agreement.

  • UiPath RPA Platform may be subject to the trade control laws and regulations of the United States and other national governments.

Related to UiPath RPA Platform

  • Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.

  • Approved Electronic Platform has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(a).

  • Platform has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.
