UK CRD IV definition

UK CRD IV means (i) CRR as it forms part of domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (the “Withdrawal Act”), (ii) the law of the United Kingdom or any part of it, which immediately before IP completion day (as defined in the Withdrawal Act) implemented CRD and its implementing measures and (iii) (direct EU legislation (as defined in the Withdrawal Act), which immediately before IP completion day (as defined in the Withdrawal Act) implemented EU CRD IV as it forms part of domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the Withdrawal Act and any law or regulation of the United Kingdom which introduces into domestic law of the United Kingdom a provision which is equivalent to a provision set out in CRR or CRD and/or implements Basel III standards.
