UK Leases definition

UK Leases means the leases of the UK Leasehold Properties as referred to and detailed in Section 3.12 of the Disclosure Schedule and “UK Lease” shall be construed accordingly.
UK Leases means the: (a) Lease Agreement dated April 26, 2007, among MEPC Milton Park No. 1 Limited, MEPC Milton Park No. 2 Limited and UK Sub, relating to Unit 69 Ground Floor and Unit 70 of the Business Development Centre in Milton Park, UK; and (b) Lease Agreement dated November 11, 2005, among MEPC Milton Park No. 1 Limited, MEPC Milton Park No. 2 Limited and UK Sub, relating to Unit 69CG of the Business Development Centre in Milton Park, UK.
UK Leases means the separate leases relating to each of the UK Leased Properties to be entered into between, in the case of the Bury Property, Axxxxx Textile Industries Limited, Axxxxx Webron Limited and Lydall UK Ltd and, in the case of the Stockton-on-Tees Property, Axxxxx Textile Industries Limited and Axxxxx Webron Filtration Limited, in each case at the Closing, in the form attached hereto as Exhibits B1 and B2.

UK Leases means each of the following:
UK Leases means the two Underleases dated 15 January 1996 between, in each case, Imperial Group Pension Trust Limited and Imperial Group Pension Investments Limited of the first part, the Company of the second part and Securicor of the third part, relating to, in one case, the Ground, First and Second Floors and, in the other case, the Third Floor of Blocx X, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx.
UK Leases means the: (a) Lease Agreement dated April 26, 2007, among MEPC Xxxxxx Xxxx No. 1 Limited, MEPC Xxxxxx Xxxx No. 2 Limited and UK Sub, relating to Xxxx 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxx 00 xx xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxx, UK; and (b) Lease Agreement dated November 11, 2005, among MEPC Xxxxxx Xxxx No. 1 Limited, MEPC Xxxxxx Xxxx No. 2 Limited and UK Sub, relating to Unit 69CG of the Business Development Centre in Xxxxxx Xxxx, UK.
UK Leases means (i) the Lease, effective as of June 1, 2005, entered into by and between Quintiles Limited and the U.K. Company with respect to the Bathgate facility used in the operation of the EDP Business and (ii) the Lease, effective as of June 1, 2005, entered into by and between Quintiles Limited and the U.K. Company with respect to the Lxxxxxxxxxx facility.

Related to UK Leases

  • Existing Leases means those leases, license agreements and occupancy agreements identified on Schedule 2.1.3, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Real Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7(b).

  • Space Leases means any Lease or sublease thereunder (including, without limitation, any Major Space Lease) or any other agreement providing for the use and occupancy of a portion of the Property as the same may be amended, renewed or supplemented.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).

  • Facility Leases means agreements for the lease by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Joint Ventures of real estate utilized as a vehicle parking facility and/or for ancillary parking and transportation services.

  • FF&E Leases means all leases of any FF&E and other contracts permitting the use of any FF&E at the Improvements that are assumed by Buyer.

  • Company Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Equipment Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b) hereof.

  • Master Leases refers to the four second amended and restated master lease agreements, dated as of April 27, 2007, by and among the Operating Partnership and Kindred Healthcare, Inc. and Kindred Healthcare Operating, Inc.

  • Assigned Leases has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Real Estate Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d)(ii).

  • Assumed Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(b).

  • Subject Leases means, for any Asset Review, all 20[•]-[•] Leases which are 60-Day Delinquent Leases as of the end of the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Review Satisfaction Date.

  • Property Lease means any Depot Lease, any lease in respect of a Managed Station Area, any lease in respect of Shared Facilities or any Station Lease and any agreement or lease of a similar or equivalent nature (whether in respect of any such facility or otherwise) which the Franchisee may enter into with a person who has an interest in a network or a railway facility which is to be used for or in connection with the provision or operation of the Franchise Services;

  • Other Leases means, collectively, the Lease Agreements between Landlord, or an Affiliate of Landlord, and Tenant with respect to the properties described on Exhibit B, but excluding any Lease Agreements terminated pursuant to their terms or by mutual agreement of the parties.

  • Lease Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Subleases means the Sublease(s) of even date herewith by and between the District and Contractor together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto under which the District subleases the Site from the Contractor.

  • Material Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 4.21.

  • Finance Leases means any finance leases, to the extent the arrangement is or would have been treated as a finance or a capital lease in accordance with the Accounting Principles applicable on the First Issue Date (a lease which in the accounts of the Group is treated as an asset and a corresponding liability), and for the avoidance of doubt, any leases treated as operating leases under the Accounting Principles as applicable on the First Issue Date shall not, regardless of any subsequent changes or amendments of the Accounting Principles, be considered as a finance lease.

  • Leaseholds of any Person means all the right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.
