UK Securitisation Rules definition

UK Securitisation Rules means the UK Securitisation Regulation together with (a) all applicable binding technical standards made under the UK Securitisation Regulation, (b) any regulatory technical standards or implementing technical standards of the European Union relating to the EU Securitisation Regulation (including such regulatory technical standards or implementing technical standards which are applicable pursuant to any transitional provisions of the EU Securitisation Regulation) forming part of the domestic law of the United Kingdom by operation of the EUWA), (c) all relevant guidance, policy statements or directions relating to the application of the UK Securitisation Regulation (or any binding technical standards) published by the Prudential Regulation Authority and/or the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom (or their successors), (d) any guidelines relating to the application of the EU Securitisation Regulation which are applicable in the United Kingdom, (e) any other transitional, saving or other provision relevant to the UK Securitisation Regulation by virtue of the operation of the EUWA and (f) any other applicable laws, acts, statutory instruments, rules, guidance or policy statements published or enacted relating to the UK Securitisation Regulation, in each case, as may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
UK Securitisation Rules means the UK Securitisation Framework, together with (a) all relevant guidance, policy statements and directions relating to the application of the UK Securitisation Framework or other applicable rules published by the FCA and/or the PRA and/or The Pensions Regulator (or their successors), (b) any guidelines relating to the application of the EU Securitisation Regulation which are applicable in the United Kingdom and (c) any other applicable laws, acts, statutory instruments, rules, guidance or policy statements published or enacted relating to the UK Securitisation Framework, in each case as may be further amended from time to time. UK Securitisation Rules means the UK Securitisation Regulations, together with (a) all applicable binding technical standards made under the UK Securitisation Regulations, (b) all relevant guidance, policy statements or directions relating to the application of the UK Securitisation Regulations published by the Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulatory Authority (or their successors) and (c) any other applicable laws, acts, statutory instruments, rules, guidance or policy statements published or enacted relating to the UK Securitisation Regulations, in each case as may be further amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time.]

Related to UK Securitisation Rules

  • Auction Rules means the Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015 and its subsequent amendments.

  • EU Securitisation Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 12, 2017 laying down a general framework for securitisation and creating a specific framework for simple, transparent and standardised securitisation and amending certain other European Union directives and regulations, as amended and in effect from time to time.

  • Securitisation Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2017 laying down a general framework for securitisation and creating a specific framework for simple, transparent and standardised securitisation, and amending Directives 2009/65/EC, 2009/138/EC and 2011/61/EU and Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009 and (EU) No 648/2012, as such may be amended, supplement or replaced from time to time;

  • securitisation means a transaction or scheme, whereby the credit risk associated with an exposure or pool of exposures is tranched, having both of the following characteristics:

  • UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules means the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.

  • Hong Kong Listing Rules means the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock

  • securitisation position means an exposure to a securitisation;

  • Companies Act means the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008);

  • Business Corporations Act means the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act;

  • Special purpose spray adhesive means an aerosol adhesive that meets any of the following definitions:

  • International registration plan means a reciprocal agreement of member jurisdictions that is endorsed by the American association of motor vehicle administrators, and that promotes and encourages the fullest possible use of the highway system by authorizing apportioned registration of fleets of vehicles and recognizing registration of vehicles apportioned in member jurisdictions.
