Unallocated Cash Flow definition

Unallocated Cash Flow means for any period of determination (a) EBITDA during such period, minus (b) the amount of the Borrower's consolidated cash income taxes paid during such period, minus (c) the amount of the Borrower's consolidated cash dividends or distributions paid during such period, minus (d) the net amount of the Borrower's consolidated capital expenditures during such period (capital items purchased, minus capital items sold, and minus financing for capital items purchased), with it being acknowledged that only fifty percent (50%) of Advances under the Line of Credit during such period that are used for capital expenditures related to the expansion of the Borrower's Dodge City Facilities shall be included as "financing for capital items purchased" in the foregoing calculation, minus (e) cash interest paid, minus (f) scheduled principal payments made; provided, however, that no portion of the payments made by the Borrower under the Water Services Agreement shall be considered to be interest expense for the purposes of the calculation of Unallocated Cash Flow.
Unallocated Cash Flow means the sum of (a) Consolidated EBITDA, plus (b) rent and operating lease expense, less (c) cash dividends, less (d) cash taxes and less (e) unfinanced capital expenditures of the Borrower determined on a trailing four-quarter basis.
