Actual Capital Expenditures definition

Actual Capital Expenditures means, for any Period, the actual Capital Expenditures of the Loan Parties for such Period.

Actual Capital Expenditures means the actual Capital Expenditures for the period between the date hereof and the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Actual Capital Expenditures

Actual Capital Expenditures has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(d).

Set forth on Section 1.03(a) of the Company Disclosure Letter is an example showing how the Initial Payment would be adjusted and Final Adjustment would be calculated based on certain stated assumptions relating to the capital expenditure adjustment described below. Such assumptions are provided solely for the purpose of illustrating these calculations.

Actual Capital Expenditures means as of any date of determination, Capital Expenditures minus that portion of such Capital Expenditures financed under Capitalized Leases or other Debt.
