Actual Capital Expenditures definition

Actual Capital Expenditures means, for any Period, the actual Capital Expenditures of the Loan Parties for such Period.
Actual Capital Expenditures means the actual Capital Expenditures for the period between the date hereof and the Closing Date.
Actual Capital Expenditures means, for any period, all expenditures by the Companies that are properly classified as a capital asset for tenant improvements, capitalized lease commissions on previously leased space, and recurring capital expenditures relating to any Property, in each case as reported in ProLogis’ “Consolidated Condensed Statements of Cash Flows” in its financial statements filed with the SEC.

More Definitions of Actual Capital Expenditures

Actual Capital Expenditures has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(d).

Such assumptions are provided solely for the purpose of illustrating these calculations.
Actual Capital Expenditures means as of any date of determination, Capital Expenditures minus that portion of such Capital Expenditures financed under Capitalized Leases or other Debt.
