Unaudited Company Financial Statements definition

Unaudited Company Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).
Unaudited Company Financial Statements means the unaudited Balance Sheets, Statements of Operations and Statements of Cash Flows of the Company, and the related notes thereto, as of, and for the quarter ended, March 31, 2001, each of which is included in the Company SEC Documents.

Unaudited Company Financial Statements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
