Shipper shall be liable for payment of Transportation Charges (to the extent of any Transportation Service as may be provided by Transporter), any Monthly Ship-or-Pay Payment, any Imbalance Charge and Unauthorised Overrun Charge for such period of suspension.
Without limiting any other rights that Anglo Coal may have (whether under a Service Agreement, the Code, the Access Arrangement or at law), if a User fails to use its reasonable endeavours to comply with an Operational Flow Order, then Anglo Coal may charge the User an Unauthorised Overrun Charge for that quantity of Natural Gas by which the User deviates from the requirements of the Operational Flow Order.

Shipper is not liable to pay the Unauthorised Overrun Charge in respect of a Day to the extent that, without the prior written approval of Shipper, Service Provider (other than in the exercise of its rights under this Agreement) solely causes the delivery of Overrun Quantities on that Day.
