Quantity Delivered definition

Quantity Delivered means the quantity of LNG, expressed in MMBtu, actually delivered under a Transaction for an LNG Cargo, as determined in accordance with Clause 10.3;
Quantity Delivered means the quantity of energy expressed in MMBtu contained in a cargo of LNG unloaded under a Specific Order as per the EX-SHIP Certificate of Volume on Unloading and the EX-SHIP Certificate of Quality on Unloading.
Quantity Delivered means the number of MMBtu contained in an LNG Cargo unloaded under a specific Confirmation Notice issued under this Agreement, calculated in accordance with Annex B. "Reasonable and Prudent Operator" refers to the standard of care to be exercised by a Party in performing its obligations in good faith hereunder and/or under a Transaction and means the degree of diligence, prudence and foresight reasonably and ordinarily exercised by an experienced operator engaged in the same line of business under the same or similar circumstances and conditions having due consideration to the interests of the other Party.

  • The Daily Quantity Delivered, the Daily Quantity Delivered to the PDL “with subscription” and the Daily Quantity Delivered to the PDL “without subscription”, pursuant to the Contract, at any Transport Distribution Interface Point shall be determined by GRTgaz based on the information provided by the Operator of the distribution network located downstream of the said point and, where appropriate, in accordance with the Declaration(s) at the PITD posted on TRANS@ctions.

More Definitions of Quantity Delivered

Quantity Delivered means the total net LNG, expressed in MMBtu and m3, actually delivered by the Customer from the LNG Cargo (subject to operational tolerance of +/- 5%), and taken by PLL at the Receiving Facilities, as determined in accordance with Schedule 5 (LNG Measurement, Sampling and Testing).
Quantity Delivered means, with respect to a given Cargo, the quantity of LNG, expressed in MMBtu, delivered by Supplier to Buyer from such Cargo at the Delivery Point, as determined pursuant to §7 and Exhibit B.
Quantity Delivered means the quantity of LNG expressed in MMBtu in any cargo actually delivered by the Customer and taken by PLL at the LNG Receipt Point, as determined in accordance with Schedule 5 (LNG Measurement, Sampling and Testing).
Quantity Delivered means the number of MMBTU contained in a cargo of LNG delivered by Seller to Buyer hereunder, determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 and Annexure C.

  • Scheduled Delivery Date means the Date on which the Seller is required to start delivering the power at the Delivery Point as per the terms and conditions of the PPA;

  • First Delivery Date means the first date by which the commodity for a Futures Contract can be delivered in order for the terms of the Futures Contract to be fulfilled.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
