Unauthorised Overrun Gas definition

Unauthorised Overrun Gas means, in respect of a Path under a Service, the quantity of Overrun Gas which is not Authorised Overrun Gas.

Unauthorised Overrun Gas means, in respect of a Service, the quantity of Overrun Gas which is not Authorised Overrun Gas. Valid Trading Party means another user of the Pipeline approved by the Service Provider (which approval is not to be unreasonably withheld).
