Unauthorized connection definition

Unauthorized connection means the physical connection or physical reconnection of utility service by a person without the authorization or consent of the utility.
Unauthorized connection means any connection installed on water distribution pipe line without the proper sanction of the authority and/or without due payment of required initial charges which can otherwise be regularized;

Unauthorized connection means any physical, electrical, mechanical, acoustical, or other connection to a cable or satellite television system, without the specific authority of the cable or satellite television provider. An unauthorized connection does not include any of the following:

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.
