Unauthorized Discharge definition
Unauthorized Discharge means any Discharge of any Water or Waste not authorized by law or under this Licence.

Unauthorized Discharge means any discharge of wastewater from any point in the Collection System, other than through the permitted outfall, to waters of the United States.
