Examples of Uncommitted Available Capacity in a sentence
CCPS shall promptly notify Shipper if there is insufficient Uncommitted Available Capacity to satisfy Shipper’s request in whole or in part.
If the Spearhead Pipeline shall have any Uncommitted Available Capacity as of the first day of the sixth (6th) year following the Commencement Date, CCPS shall be entitled to allocate such Uncommitted Available Capacity through another “open season” or other process selected by CCPS in its sole discretion.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, to the extent Uncommitted Available Capacity is allocated under this Section 2.4, such Uncommitted Available Capacity will no longer be available to original Committed Shippers who have not yet exercised all of their potential Step-Up Volume Commitment.
