Incentive Shipper definition

Incentive Shipper means a Shipper that enters in to a TSA with a T&D Obligation to ship an aggregate amount of Barrels of Natural Gas Liquids, including Barrels shipped under Carrier’s current TXRRC tariff series No 1, that will result in an aggregate fee equal to or greater than $42MM / year for a one (1) year term, beginning on or before November 1 of the current year. The program expires October 31 of the subsequent year.
Incentive Shipper means a Shipper with which Carrier has executed a Throughput and Deficiency Agreement for transportation service on all or part of the System.
Incentive Shipper means a Shipper that is a party to a TSA with a T&D Obligation.
