Dedicated Shipper definition

Dedicated Shipper as herein used means any Shipper who has an executed Dedication Agreement.
Dedicated Shipper has the meaning set out in Item No. 21 of this Tariff.
Dedicated Shipper means (i) a Shipper that has executed a Dedication and Transportation Agreement either prior to or during an Open Season conducted by Carrier seeking commitments for the transportation of Crude Petroleum on the Carrier’s System, or (ii) a Shipper that is nominating the receipt of Crude Petroleum from a Consignor that has executed (and which Crude Petroleum is dedicated under) such Consignor’s Dedication and Transportation Agreement, but only as to such Crude Petroleum received from such Consignor (referred to as “Sold Crude Petroleum” - see Note 5/). A “T&D Shipper” means a Shipper that has executed a Throughput and Deficiency Agreement either prior to or during an Open Season conducted by Carrier seeking commitments for the transportation of Crude Petroleum on the Carrier’s System.

Examples of Dedicated Shipper in a sentence

  • BBL/d for purposes of determining the applicable rate to be charged on the applicable Segment to such Dedicated Shipper and Upstream Purchaser for the shipment of Dedicated Crude Petroleum (including Sold Crude Petroleum) of such Dedicated Shipper until such time as the aforementioned Receipt Points are connected to and ready to receive such Dedicated Crude Petroleum into the System.

  • As such, all such Sold Crude Petroleum of such Selling Shipper shipped by any Upstream Purchaser on such Segment shall be charged the same transportation rate as if such Sold Crude Petroleum, and all other such Sold Crude Petroleum of such Dedicated Shipper shipped b) any other Upstream Purchaser on such Segment, had been shipped by such Selling Shipper on such Segment under such Dedication and Transportation Agreement.

  • BBI/d for purposes of determining the applicable rate to be charged on the applicable Segment to such Dedicated Shipper and Upstream Purchaser for the shipment of Dedicated Crude Petroleum of such Dedicated Shipper.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Tariff and the transportation and gathering agreement, a Dedicated Shipper will have “Dedicated Firm Capacity Rights” to ship 4,000 Barrels per Day of Shipper’s Crude Oil to the Delivery Point (unless otherwise provided in the transportation or gathering agreement).

  • If there is additional available capacity, a Dedicated Shipper may also ship nominated excess volumes accepted by Carrier, at the Dedicated Shipper Rate.

  • As such, all such Sold Crude Petroleum of such Selling Shipper shipped by any Upstream Purchaser on such Segment shall be charged the same transportation rate as if such Sold Crude Petroleum, and all other such Sold Crude Petroleum of such Dedicated Shipper shipped by any other Upstream Purchaser on such Segment, had been shipped by such Selling Shipper on such Segment under such Dedication and Transportation Agreement.

  • A Shipper or Shipper’s designee that is not an Anchor Shipper or a Dedicated Shipper is an Undedicated Shipper.

  • A Dedicated Shipper is a Shipper or Shipper’s designee, who has, prior to January1, 2021, fully executed a transportation or gathering agreement with Operator, and dedicated a minimum of 2,000 acres for ten years for shipment on the Operator’s System.

  • BBl/d for purposes of determining the applicable rate to be charged on the applicable Segment to such Dedicated Shipper and Upstream Purchaser for the shipment of Dedicated Crude Petroleum of such Dedicated Shipper.

  • A Shipper that is not an Incentive Shipper or Dedicated Shipper shall pay the applicable Uncommitted Rate set out in Section I of this Tariff.

Related to Dedicated Shipper

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.

  • Uncommitted Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Committed Shipper.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has contracted for transporting a Committed Volume or otherwise paying the applicable Shortfall Payment, pursuant to the terms of a TSA executed by the Shipper during the open commitment periods that commenced on October 3, 2011, January 4, 2012, and December 21, 2018.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Terminal means a device authorized by a Party Lottery to function in an on-line, interactive mode with the lottery's computer gaming system for the purpose of issuing lottery tickets and entering, receiving, and processing lottery transactions, including purchases, validating tickets, and transmitting reports.

  • Terminal operator means a person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a terminal.

  • O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Storage operator means a person holding or applying for a permit.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Producer means any broker, insurance producer, agent, general agent, managing general agent, master broker agency, broker general agency, financial specialist, or other Person, including any employee of the Ceding Company or its Affiliates, responsible for writing, marketing, producing, selling, or soliciting Novation Subject Contracts.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • storage vessel means a pressure vessel as defined in the Regulations for Pressure Vessels made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act;
