Underbody Damage definition

Underbody Damage means any damage to the Vehicle caused by or resulting from contact between the underside of the Vehicle and any part of the roadway or any object or obstruction, including xxxxx, gutters, speed or road humps, barriers or wheel stops and does not arise as a result of an impact with another vehicle. Unsealed Road means a road, other than a road that is undergoing temporary roadworks, that has been formed and constructed but is not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete.
Underbody Damage means damage to the Vehicle during the Rental Period caused by the Vehicle coming into contact with any thing below the bottom of the door seal and the bottom of the front and rear bumper bars where Avis considers, acting reasonably, that the driver of the Vehicle is reasonably at fault for that damage;
Underbody Damage means any damage to the Vehicle including the drive train, chassis, steering, suspension, brakes, exhaust, floor pan and fuel systems that is caused by or directly results from contact between the underside of the Vehicle and any part of the road way or any object or obstruction including xxxxx, gutters, speed or road humps, barriers or wheel stops.

Examples of Underbody Damage in a sentence

  • Underbody Damage – Any damage caused by an impact either by an object or road to the underside of the Hired Vehicle.

  • The Assignment is delivered to the managing general partner or managing member who will record the change of ownership in the partnership or company records.

  • There are also exclusions for Single Vehicle Accidents, Overhead Damage, Underbody Damage, Damage caused by immersion of the Vehicle in water and use of the wrong fuel type.

More Definitions of Underbody Damage

Underbody Damage means damage to the Vehicle caused by the Vehicle coming into contact with any thing below the bottom of the door seal and the bottom of the front and rear bumper bars;
Underbody Damage means any damage to the Vehicle caused by an impact to the underside of the Vehicle by an impact with the road or any obstruction that does not arise as result of an impact with another vehicle.
Underbody Damage means damage to the Vehicle caused by the Vehicle coming into contact with anything (including water) below the lower edge of the doors and the bottom of the front and rear bumpers.
Underbody Damage means any Damage to the Vehicle or Camping Accessories below the level from the top of the front or rear bumper (whichever is the higher) and whether or not any other parts of the Vehicle are damaged at the same time including the underside of the Vehicle, drive train, chassis, steering, suspension, brakes, exhaust, floor pan, floorboard, foot well and fuel systems that is caused by or directly results from: (a) the Vehicle’s contact with any part of the road way or any track; (b) immersion, submersion or wading in water, contact with salt water, being in contact with, or driven on, salt lakes or salt flats, floods or flooding or beach driving; or (c) the Vehicle’s contact with any object or obstruction including (without limitation) xxxxx, gutters, speed or road bumps, barriers, wheel stops, rocks, ruts, debris, river beds, sand or ridges. Unsealed Road means a road that has been formed and constructed but is not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete.
Underbody Damage means any damage to the Explore WA offroad Camper Hire Equipment caused by an impact to the underside of the Explore WA offroad Camper Hire Equipment by an impact with the road or any obstruction that does not arise as result of an impact with another vehicle. We, Us, Our, means Explore WA offroad Camper Hire / J R Xxxxxx / X X Xxxxxx / Explore WA 4wd Adventures ABN:18092386605 You, Your means the person, whether it is an individual, a firm or company that rents the Explore WA offroad Camper Hire Equipment from Us.
