Hire Equipment means the equipment, plant, machinery, tools, parts and accessories, including any instalment, part or combination of the same, which the Supplier is to hire to the Client in accordance with the Contract and these Conditions
Hire Equipment means materials, equipment, tooling or other property belonging to Atlas Copco, which has been made available to the Customer for hire and may otherwise be referred to as Equipment in these Rental Conditions.
