Underlying Actions definition

Underlying Actions means those actions listed in the First Amended Complaint for the Declaratory Judgment Action at paragraphs 22 through 26.
Underlying Actions means Xxxxxx x. Nissan North America, Inc., Case No. 3:17- cv-01114 (M.D. Tenn.) and Xxxxxx v. Nissan North America, Inc., Case No. 1:17-cv-04240 (N.D. Ill.).
