Underlying Business Day definition

Underlying Business Day means any Scheduled Trading Day which is not a Disrupted Day.
Underlying Business Day means any day on which the Index Sponsor is scheduled to publish the level of the Index and which is not a Disrupted Day.

Underlying Business Day. With respect to an Underlying Security is any day that in the City of New York or in the city in which the corporate trust office of the related Underlying Trustee is located, is neither a legal holiday nor a day on which banking institutions are authorized or obligated by law, regulation or executive order to be closed.
