Underlying Royalties definition

Underlying Royalties means the Aguila Plateada Royalty, Fibela Royalty and IMDEX Royalty
Underlying Royalties means the underlying royalties and existing rights identified as such and described in the agreements listed in Schedule “D” affecting the Property as of the date of this Agreement; and
Underlying Royalties means the Metalogic Royalty and the Running Dog Royalty.

More Definitions of Underlying Royalties

Underlying Royalties means any and all royalties payable on or in respect of all or any portion of the Property, or in respect of any production from all or any portion of the Property pursuant to any of the Underlying Agreements;

Underlying Royalties means the royalties in the amount of 2% of net smelter returns in favour of Anglo Gold Xxxxxxx (U.S.A.) Exploration Inc. and 1.75% of net smelter returns in favour of Western Keltic Mines Alaska Inc., which royalties apply to certain of the mineral claims that comprise the Property as described in Schedule A hereto, having the terms particularly described in Schedule D hereto.
Underlying Royalties shall equal, in respect of a calendar quarter, the aggregate of all underlying royalty amounts actually paid by Newmont to persons other than Barrick, Newmont and Newmont’s affiliates in such calendar quarter on the production and/or sale of (i) Mineral Substances produced from the Property and giving rise to the Revenues received by Newmont and its affiliates in such calendar quarter as determined by Section A.2, or (ii) fine gold and/or silver bullion or doré bullion produced from the Property and giving rise to the Revenues received by Newmont and its affiliates in such calendar quarter as determined by Section A.3, as the case may be. Only royalty amounts in effect on the date hereof and paid pursuant to royalty agreements transferred to Newmont by Barrick on the date hereof pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement shall be included in determining Underlying Royalties.
Underlying Royalties means the net smelter returns royalty interests held by Anglo Gold Xxxxxxx (U.S.A.) Exploration Inc. and Western Keltic Mines Alaska Inc., as more particularly described in Schedule A to this Agreement.
