Undertaking as to Partial Release means the undertaking to be given by the Mortgagee to unconditionally execute a partial release as may be necessary to discharge, reassign and release from the security of the Building Mortgage, any share or interest in the land together with the right to the exclusive use, occupation and enjoyment of any unit in the Development, in respect of which the total purchase price under an ASP is fully paid into the stakeholder account opened and maintained with the Mortgagee;
