Undivided asset definition

Undivided asset means a part of assets of a cooperative or union of cooperatives not divided to the members or member cooperatives upon termination of the status of member or member cooperative or when the cooperative or union of cooperatives terminates its operation.

Thereafter, until the Amortization Date, each Purchaser Interest shall be automatically recomputed (or deemed to be recomputed) on each day prior to the Amortization Date. The variable percentage represented by any Purchaser Interest as computed (or deemed recomputed) as of the close of the business day immediately preceding the Amortization Date shall remain constant at all times thereafter.

  • Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.

  • Class Title means the designation given under these rules to a class and to each position allocated to such class.

  • Class LT-R Interest The residual interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.

  • Related Assets Any assets held by a Trust the return of which is linked to one or more Underlying Securities and which, if applicable, shall be described in the related Supplement or a schedule thereto.
