Deed of Mutual Covenant means the document to be registered in the Land Registry which defines the rights, interests and obligations of all or any of the co-owners of the land and the Development among themselves and incorporates a Management Agreement (if any);

Deed of Mutual Covenant means any Deed of Mutual Covenant or deed or document of a similar nature affecting the Building from time to time;

  • Financing Lease any lease of property, real or personal, the obligations of the lessee in respect of which are required in accordance with GAAP to be capitalized on a balance sheet of the lessee.

  • Existing Lease shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 10.7.
